Difference between Machined Silver and Hyper Silver?

I'm looking into getting some Enkei RSF5's for my sonic. It comes in Machined Silver and Hyper Silver, but I'm having trouble telling the difference between the two from pictures. Can someone with first hand experience tell me what the difference between them is exactly?

The hyper silver is essentially silver paint. I have these exact wheels, and love them.

The machined is typically a bare metal, with clear coat, so it's a bit brighter and shiny. Typically, there will be tiny grooves, where the finish was cut, or "machined" with a lathe.
