Door sill and bumber protection films...

Have any of you used door sill or bumber protection films on your cars? I worry my door sills and rear bumber will scratch from daily use. I've seen some films available on line and wondered if they are durable. I'm also considering sill plates.

Good lookin out laborsmith. My guy finally finished the wheels he is working on for a challenger at the 2013 SEMA show. Now onto our sills, I am really hoping to have mine done within the week so you guys can decide if you want to go that route. :banana:

I am all for the bumper protection film. I just need to find a good local installer. I've seen some really good applications that have lasted 7 years. Those bumper chips will add up real quick.
