Yeah its me again.
I take my car in for oil change, Transmission flush Friday @ Capitol Chevrolet. I get the car back later that day.
Take my car to work Saturday afternoon. (Los Gatos to Fremont)
As i was pulling into work i notice this white smoke coming into my cab from the vents, then from the hood when the vehicle stopped.
I open the hood to find oil covering the top of the motor, exhaust, just everywhere on top.
Checked the oil to see if i just burnt my motor up. Come to find the actually oil level is about say 5-10% above the FULL mark and actually on the "shank" of the dipstick.
At work I called the Capitol Chevrolet Dealership and the "lady" told me that I needed to drive it back to San Jose. At that point I don't think it would be good for my heath and we'll being to drive a car with oil covering a hot motor and fumes inside.
So after a night of working 6 am rolled around with no answer from GM customer Care. I had the car towed from my work to the dealership with MY AAA card.
I do not see them getting all the oil out of every vent of my vehicle. Let alone the smell that is now impregnated into the plastic vents.
What about the damage to the engine that is unseen? Rings, seals, the list is endless. The motor is not meant to be pressurized like that.
I've done nothing but keep this car in pristine service shape for my job, which is why i bought the car in the first place.
They have now had the vehicle for 1 week. They have not notified me or contacted me in any way.
First of this was a very unfortunate event , but the way that they are handling this matter is almost childish. I cannot believe that they would leave me in the dark like this.

My motor, in all its glory, before giving it to the dealership
Gave me a rental on Monday.
Suggestions, Tips, and prayers are welcomed.
