Factory looking lip W/O 3rd brake light - Sedan?

Does such a thing exist? I saw the stick on BMW M3 style lips on eBay but..

Don't know. I would like a tiny trunk spoiler but don't know if it will look silly.

He's looking for no light. W/O 3rd light. I can't find anything accept buying one with the light and covering it. Body filler and paint etc

Yeah I had looked at the stick on ones on ebay and didn't think they look quite right.. but maybe some one on the forum has one?
