Feeler sale: 2012 1.4T 6spd hatch

I'm thinking hard about selling my red 2012 LT 1.4 turbo 6spd manual hatch. The car has just under 9000 miles on the clock and is almost perfect, no dents etc. I'm selling it because I no longer need it. I bought it as a relaible daily driver for long commutes to work but wound up getting a job only 20 minutes away (hence the low mileage). Other than the noisy sway bar links which I will replace before sale, the car has been flawless. Extras include a ZZP catback with extra muffler delete pipe (still have the original exhaust to go with the car), new Moda MD16 16x7.5 wheels with new 205/55/R16 Kumho Ecsta 4X tires and I removed the snorkel (still have it as well). The oil was changed at 500 miles and every 3000 miles after that with Mobil 1 full sythetic and GM oil filters. I am a mechanic by trade and am very particular about upkeep. The car was never raced, redlined or abused. I'm thinking around $10,600. The car is paid for so "title in hand". Cash only. No trades. Located in southern PA near MD line. The stock plastic sway bar links have been replaced with metal, greasable Moog links.

Well, after zero interest, I'm taking my car to the dealer this coming weekend to see what they'll give me. They'll screw me of course, but I can't sit on this thing forever unfortunately. I figured with the low mileage and low price somebody might have interest but its not to be.

I had to do the same.

I got zero interest in my 2012 Sedan LT 1.4. Had 14,xxx miles and was in stone stock condition with zero body flaws.

Not one interested party. I ended up using autotrader's cash trade in feature and sold the car to my original dealer for $8,300.

I did sell it to a dealer finally. They were talking 8000-8300 over the phone but when they saw the car they offered me 8900 and cut me a check on the spot. They didn't even test drive it. All in all I'm satisfied. I'd would've liked a little more but it was quick and painless. The whole thing took 20 minutes.
