Front license plate bracket removal

Can someone tell me how easy it is to rip off the front license plate and it’s housing off the vehicle, should i just go to a dealer or can it be done without any special tools?

They are plastic rivets you can just drill them out

Drilling the rivets out is the best way. Looking at that photo I do believe those rivets are metal though.

Update got it off with a drill, the screws are actually metal believe it or not
