front license plate

So i was blessed, my dealership used screws instead of rivets, so i decided to remove it and fill the holes with panel trim clip things. So when i have my license plate on my dash it rattles between my window and dash. Is there anything i can put on it to not make it rattle? I was thinking about covering the whole back with double sided tape so it would be foam rattling on plastic, but i have no idea for the front side.

Go to Menards or order on eBay a sheet of Dynamat. I did this to my plate when I had bass.
If you go to Menards it should be by the heater/A.c. section.

What about the front side that touches the glass?

Get the clear stick on bumpers from the hardware store designed to stop cabinets and drawers from slamming when being closed. Put one on each corner and that should keep the metal off the glass.

You do know it's not legal in the front windshield? Your call, just wanted to make sure you were aware.
