Front shock and sturts...can't find shocks..

I have a local mechanic that is willing to do my front end of my 2012 Sonic LTZ.

I ordered the front two struts...

ACDelco 506-886 GM Original Equipment Front Driver Side Suspension Strut Assembly
ACDelco 506-887 GM Original Equipment Front Passenger Side Suspension Strut

For the front struts. But I can't find front shock absorbers for this car anywhere...any help would be appreciated. Not looking for anything fancy...

I only found KYBs and my autoparts store had to order then.....

I may be confused. Your car has front struts. Struts are a type of shock absorber. (The difference is bigger than that, but just keeping it simple here.)

So you need front struts, which you've ordered. You don't need front shock absorbers. That's not a separate thing from front struts.
