Hey everyone, I'm new and just recently got a sonic for a dd, it's a 2012 1.8L. Anyways I was searching for cold air intakes for it and found this forum. After searching about a week and pricing intakes I decided to go with the k&n typhoon series. I found them on eBay pretty cheap bit then I found this website and their running %15 off any order over $150 with free shipping. It made my new intake $194 shipped! Cheapest I could find. So if your in the market I would jump on this deal, the ad on their page says today only.

In all reality the 1.4 is the easy tuner. The power number you guys get is very impressive for how small of a engine it is.

Would a 1.4 be nice? Yes

But I don't have one. I have a 1.8 and I'm very happy with the 1.8. ( after I got all my stuff done to it )

My next sonic will more then likely me a rs or a ss when it comes out.

Actually my wife is looking for a sonic. So we will probably go with a hb, turbo, auto
