Hey all,
Sold my 07 Jeep Wrangler last Sunday on CL- 2 hours after posting it for sale. Had my eye on a 13 RS that was at a dealer across town, test drove it and bought it on Tuesday, after spending the whole weekend researching Sonics. I had no idea that Chevy has made relatively few RSs til now. Looking forward to cruising up and down the freeway between my city house and my country hideaway in the hills 100 miles away. The Jeep was awesome for off roading but just wasn't comfortable cruising around town, and since I bought my hideaway this summer the Jeep wasn't really easy to hustle over the long grades on the freeway, it just didn't have enough freeway guts for me. But I sure will miss it. My first ride this past weekend in the Sonic blew me away. It went over the hills like they were flat! And it rides almost like it is on the proverbial rails...
I'm really glad to be back in a smaller sportier car again. It keeps me feeling youthful in my middle age, and I'm equally glad that there is a forum to go along with my new ride as well. Looking forward to many miles with the RS and maybe as many posts in here.
Cheers
