HB hitch

So I'm wanting a hitch for my HB. I mainly wanna carry a bike rack and maybe a recovery point if I go in the ditch this winter. I found one on eBay for $126 any body have any reviews or cheaper ones ?

I've been gathering research before I buy mine and it seems hidden hitch and draw tite are same company are a little more flimsy but still adequate and go over the exhaust. Curt hitches go under the exhaust but are a tad more sturdy, I haven't seen any in person yet but they all seem to bolt on very easy.
