Hello from Knoxville, TN area!

Hello everybody! I live just north of Knoxville TN in the small town of Maynardville. I have loved the Sonic since it was first released, and finally had an opportunity to buy on. I picked up a 2016 LT Hatchback 1.8L Automatic. I plan on modding it out a little (CAI, Cat-back, suspension, wheels, sway bars, brakes, etc). I love how light and nibble this car is. The plan is to get into some SCCA autocross in the East TN area, as well as drives in the mountains. One of the main reasons I bought this car was for the gas mileage back and forth to work (40 miles round trip). I came from a 2002 Nissan Xterra SE S/C that ran on premium and was getting around 17mpg, to this sonic running on regular and getting an avg of 34mpg!

So, what are some relatively inexpensive mods to start with? I really like the ZZP products, so will stick with those for CAI and Cat-Back.

Welcome from Florida! I do like ZZP so can't go wrong there. I got the Turboback because I knew I would eventually get an aftermarket down/mid pipe. I do think that the Intake is the best first upgrade though.
