Help in San Juan Puerto Rico

So, I brought my 2015 LS Sedan 09/26/2015. His name is Casper. So, I have a few questions to do. I have been searching and no one seems to know what I am talking about
1. Is it common that the 2015 LS does Not have Rear speakers? Mine does not have them. Also, do the Sonic's come already with the Cables and connections ready?
2. I want to put HID lights. But everyone here on this Island tells me I need a relay system because I have an American Car. And no one seems to want to install them. I had them in my 2011 Aveo LT, and loved them. They were bright. And took them out of my old 96 Suzuki Vitara. ( same plug and voltage) When they burned out, it was a hassle because everyone told me " Your DRL would burn them out" ( yeah, that was 2 years ago)
3. If I change the radio, will the built in Bluetooth still work?
4. Are there any other owners in San Juan or Metro Area here in Puerto Rico?

I have a LS and it does not. There is a reason it is a base trim, you need to go up to the LT for rear speakers.

So even if it has the speaker mounts, no cables then? Aw man. The weird thing is my old 2011 Aveo LT, has 6 speakers but no power windows or locks. Really weird.

You can connect a plug and play HID kit, it's RECOMMENDED to run relays because they draw a lot of power.

A relay will take power straight from the battery, and get switched on/off by the factory headlight switch.
