Help troubleshooting Exterior Rear View Mirror adjustment.

My 2012 exterior rear view mirrors do not respond to the adjustment knob on the drivers door. The car is out of warranty. I have checked and changed the #8 7.5A fuse labeled OSRVM even though it was not blown.

Can anyone suggest troubleshooting steps beyond checking the fuse?

I'll ask the dumb question first. Have you ensured the knob is turned to the mirror being adjusted, and not in its default position?

Otherwise there's some eBay ones in the $30-$40 range if it's determined your switch is out.
