How could one tell if a turbo car already had a tune installed?

I test drove a turbo car and it pulled stronger than I expected. The owner said it was all stock, so is there a way (maybe with OBD2 scanner?) to tell if an aftermarket tune has been installed that the owner doesn't even know about? Thanks.

Some scanners can tell if the ECU has been written because it keeps a write count. But the easiest way would be to check the boost with the obd2 scanner and floor it. Stock is around 12 psi I believe and most tunes bump that up to 17-21 psi on an otherwise stock motor.
