Installed Cobalt SS exhaust tip on Sonic

I had some left over stock Cobalt SS exhaust parts stored in my shed so I thought I would go ahead and weld it up the stock tip on the Sonic. So here is what it looks like if anyone wants a nice chrome tip.

I had the stock exhaust from a Cobalt SS but I just welded the tip on only. I figured Hey FREE mod? lol

Its hard to tell from the picture but its has about .25" clearance. They mounted the stock muffler tip kind of high so trying to get it fitted on was kind of a pain.

So I take it you have to cut the bend on the exhaust in order to weld that tip on?

Correct, the tip slid on no problem but it angled it down which I really wasnt liking the looks of it. So I had to cut bout an inch or so off to make it work.
