Installed system, downpipe back, drove it, started up again and O2 sensor reading codes: p0141pd, p0138pd, p0036pd, and p0036. Could I have damaged the sensor when I took it out from old pipe? It was really rusted in there and I had to bang away on the wrench to get it out. The car is tuned to running 94 octane. Thank you.
