Intake and tune?

Anyone have this setup, an aftermarket intake and tune? A buddy of mine data logged my sonic the other day and we found that it runs pretty rich from the factory, which explains its rather disappointing gas mileage around town. I know turbo vehicles usually run on premium gas only, and its different that the sonic can run on regular unleaded fuel. Maybe it has to dump more of the regular gas in to compensate for a higher-grade fuel? Anyways I was wondering if anyone has been tuned for a certain grade of gasoline and/or with an intake setup and what your HP/torque gains are and how much better your MPG is?

Check out StratonChevroletSonic's build thread, he talks about how his car was effected from the tune as well as all the other stuff he has done to the car and how it ran on the track afterwards. Lots of great info on here if you have the time to look for it.
