Be aware that by removing the tumblers on -- aka by porting -- your intake manifold you will trade a noticeable amount of your low-end torque for what most have described as marginal gains towards the upper part of the rev band. That said, I've not tried it yet myself and am curious to see how my '14 RS would respond. Is the ported one they offer a modified Dorman or did they go OEM?
That racer x intake is super sleek n ***y, for sure, but I had mostly written it off as beyond my budget, hah [emoji18] I haven't heard much from anyone running one but would be curious to hear the good / bad / ugly
