iOS in the Car and 4S?

Hello everyone!

I was doing some snooping on the upcoming iOS in the Car that is set to be integrated with the Chevy MyLink system. I came across an article saying that iOS in the Car will only be available for iPhone 5 and up. I'm running on a 4S, so will I be missing out on iOS in the Car completely?

It seems possible that would be the case. Apple tends to only allow new features on devices that will run them properly. If the 4S is not fast enough to do it without some lag, they probably won't allow it to use that feature. Of course that may be mitigated with a jailbreak hack in the future. Just don't expect it to work as well as it would with a new iPhone.
