I've got two intercooler kits left before the pricing goes up almost $60.

Wow very tempting. What needs to be shaved on an RS to fit? Love the anaconda and intake I have from you already!

There is a small plastic tab that holds part of the fog light harness. It doesn't have to be trimmed, but if you don't, it pushes into a coupler a little bit.

What's the benefit of this intercooler over stock? Had my Sonic RS (auto) for 2 weeks and I'm still sorting out the priority of my upgrades. A tune is next on my list.

And by the way, I LOVE the wheels I saw on your Sonic. Best I've seen so far.

The stock intercooler has a hard time keeping the air charge cool after modifying the Sonic to make more boost. Depending on the tune you purchase, boost can be double of what stock is. The additional flow and heat developed by the turbo charger over works the stock intercooler causing it to heat soak rapidly. The MPFab intercooler kit replaces the stock intercooler with a much higher flowing, and larger Garrett intercooler custom made for the Sonic. It also gets rid of the "radiator hose" charge pipes and replaces them will larger, higher flowing aluminum hard pipes for immediate boost response. The factory charge pipes swell under boost. This can soften response.
