If you watch Leno's Garage on Youtube...you've seen this car in the background a lot... it's an amazing car... totally what I'd drive!

Where did America go wrong? Once upon a time we had access to wicked fast hot hatches made by domestic companies.

Now Ford stepped up to the plate, come on Chevy... where's our version of the Astra OPC??

I just watched this last night when it popped up on my Youtube feed. I would love to have one of those! A modern day Fiesta or Sonic built like the Shogun would be pretty awesome.

Too big and you're just overpowering the car...needs that balance like the Shogun...

What engine for a modern build? Probably a modern turbo 4. Probably the new Camaro turbo! That would be awesome.

Oic, i thought Nate meant what's in the Shogun.

I'd go with the new 2.0 turbo but add a second spool and use the regal awd manual drive train

I'm inclined to a small naturally aspirated V6.. tuned...

however, a Subaru WRX engine...that'd be kinda cool too

I watched this a few days ago. I remember when the Shogun came out, it generated some buzz back then and I always thought it was pretty cool.
