Just a friendly hello from sunny Los Angeles! (Finally sunny, at least, after a cold spring.)
Anyway, just put in an order this week for an LT turbo sedan, so I'm eagerly waiting for it to go to production. Was able to order it in the Topaz Blue, which I guess just recently became available. Blue is my favorite, so I'm happy about that.
As my Dad's retired from GM, I was able to order it under the GM Employee pricing plan, so the experience at the dealer was reasonably hassle-free. (As hassle-free as those things can be, at least.)
The Chevy-savvy out there may have caught on that I'm moving to the Sonic from a 1-ton 4x4 dually pickup truck, a six-thousand pound beast that I've been dragging around the streets of Los Angeles for 16 years. So I guess you could say this will be quite a change.
Anyway, looking forward to the new wheels, and to reading all about them on here!
