Losing boost!

Was on BNR high boost tune, noticed I need to replace my intake manifold, typical aspects of it going bad are happening.white smoke after WOT, kinda laggy, not as uppity as it was. Only running about 16.5 lbs in my map. Is the Mani the main cause or could it be something else too...? Vacuum at idle is about 13 inHG

I think that may just be my plug gap, haven’t been able to check yet, brother in law replaced them about a month ago
