I haven't used it in my sonic. I use it to fog my boat engine. I have also used it on customers cars to free up sticking lifters and valves. If your not having issues I wouldn't use it. If it's not broke don't fix it. The dexos rated oil should be all you need to prevent problems. That's my $.02
MMO is popular among guys who own older cars.
Personally, I don't feel it belongs in fuel. I can't remember what is in it but I recall it primarily being stuff that washes oil off of cylinders rather than what it claims.
I used naptha and a nitrile glove to smooth down my wheels from the orange plastidip since it came out really rough. Works beautifully smoothing them out for the next color, just an FYI for anyone with rough plastidip job.
