MSD Coils

Hello

One simple question , Dose the MSD Coils require any tune or whatsoever , my Sonic 2017 has no tunes or whatsoever and my OEM coils are faulty , so If im buying those MSD Coils and installing them do i need any tune , will it work probably without any tune .

gr8 , so just buy'em and replace the OEM , because i already read alot about how they are a higher quality , yet i was afraid that they would require a tune otherwise they may cause trouble .

My OEM coils are already faulty and i saw those MSDs and since im replacing i was thinking wht not try something different thats why i only wanted to know if they require any tune .

I haven't tried them because I did the Ls7 upgrade but everybody has had really good things to say about them

What does the LS7 upgrade consist of?

BNR makes a bracket with coils and wiring harness that replace the stock coil pack

Yes it requires a tune to run it

I have the MSD coils on mine. They work really well. If you do a search on the forums, someone did a voltage test and ran some numbers, and from the looks of it the MSD gives you 50% more voltage than stock.
