No power to go after start up, has to warm up for about 5 to 10 mins before it will go, meaning after I start it up, I can put it in drive and it doesn't move, but after running for about 5 mins it will begin to move as normal, another thing if I put it in manual mode it will not go over 45mph even in 5th gear, it is a 2017 sonic premier 1.4 turbo, with the semi automatic transmission, turbo charger replaced, and innercooler has been replaced but at a lost what is wrong with it...

Hey Bonedragn! When you say the turbo and intercooler have been replaced are you saying that you upgraded them with aftermarket parts or they wore out and were replaced with factory parts? More specifically though, have you done or tried to do any modifications or maintenance to the transmission? Or is everything on your car in its stock configuration?
