Need some ASAP help

Long story short Just ported the manifold and reassembled everything but Can't get this hose to stay on the nozzle on top of the manifold.

Do I have to really push hard on it then put the metal clamp on ? It seems to just pop off even after the metal clamp connects.

Install the metal clip all the way, then push the hose on the fitting.

Well metal clip fell into the engine bay so I'll have to go to the dealership and get a new one ?

If they sell it without the whole pipe. I'd look harder, probably special order too.

Good news, new retainers clips came today from ZZPerformance's ebay store today, they're off of Ev1 injectors plugs maybe keep this link on file !!. Once they were clipped in I started the engine and the rpms returned to a stabilized 1,200 idle (idk the proper term, but when the car is first started the rpms are at 1200 then things settle down and the rpms drop to 850-900, and they were stable at this stage too). Whereas before when the clips weren't attached the rpms would jump around, the car sounded rough, and it ran funny, but all is well and thank you all for your advice!! Love this forum and it's members.
