Bought this car because it seems like a good cross between an economic grocery getter and aa kinda hot hatch.

2012 LTZ 56k. Got it for 8.4k. Cause I'm a ruthless haggler.

Carfax was clean NTHSA or whatever was clean. Reports show only maintenance.

Fun little car. Though I don't know where the powerband is. The clutch is marshmallow which is fine cause I'm gonna use it for a sales route.

Only thing is that shift knob..its kinda cheap. I'd rather have one solid peice, if they're going to use synthetics to make it look fancy.

Also, I do want to replace that and add a boost gauge. And maybe a really rice bov. Cause I'll live my rally fantasies, and they are so obnoxious.

A boost gauge, easy install... just a 2" hole in the dash (that's not sarcasm)... run the line to a vacuum source.. the trick is getting access to dim the gauge with the lights. I just put a normal LED from superbrightleds.com in my setup and didn't worry about it...
When you're ready to do that, there's a link in the DIY section I believe on where to tap...
I love my gauge!

Thanks, what kinda pressure do these guys do stock? 5-10ish?

I just like to have information in front of me.if there wasint an airbag in the a pillar I'd put a cluster the dash doesn't say much

I get up to 15'ish I believe for short bursts...
Just to the left of the instrument cluster is a flat section of dash...there's nohting behind there... I followed what some others did and got a 2" hole cutter and did the deed (was nerve wracking as I did it... it's hard to cut into a dash when you're not 100% sure you'll not mess it up)... but it came out okay. You can see it no problem from the drivers seat and it fills that spot perfectly. I'd post a pic of mine...but I can't see the images here at work...

Yeah doesn't seem too hard, I may also look into snaking it without punching holes. I don't want my car to look like a 19 year olds civic eg hatch but I also like to know what my oil pressure, boost pressure is like. Well see. I'll take some photos soon, once I googone the dealer **** off the hatch.

Drove about two miles with the fuel light on. Filled it with premium, see if it gets better mileage..

Car did not want to start, cranked it a few times, WOT cranked it to see if it was flooded. Gave it a 5 minute break, and cranked it again, started..rough, gave it gas. Worked. Electric fuel pump eh..Maybe some things should just be left alone.
