Hi there, new guy here from Metro Detroit. I've had my Black '13 6speed turbo for a while now, and am finally getting the funds together to do some basic modifications.

On Belle Isle back in February, wanted to get a picture in front of the fountain, but the snow was too deep 0.o
And the "Mods" I've made so far:
The text below the 3rd Brake Light reads "To Punish and Enslave" from the first Transformers movie. The car being a Sonic, I've decided to name SoundWave. I'll be getting a vanity plate one day to make it clear.
I also removed the rear Bow Tie for the Deception badge, considered doing that on the front as well, but decided it would look stupid without a lot of re-work that I didn't think was worth it.
Also you may notice the Route 129 Dragon sticker on the rear window, got the opportunity to make 6 full passes last month, I need new front tires now, but I was very happy with how this econobox handled the 333 turns in 11 miles. It was definitely one of the best driving experiences I've ever had. I shot a bunch of video and hope to edit it together this weekend, as it's chewing up all the free space on my phone.
I'm planning on a BNR Stage 1 upgrade, and hope to get back to the Dragon before the fall for some comparison runs. I also Auto Cross, and haven;t been able to make an event yet this season, but hope to do so before the end of the month.
I love small cars, and have been very impressed with the Sonic's performance and fun for what it costs, while an STI or EVO may be more fun, not at this price, and definitely not a sleeper like the Sonic can be.
