New to posting. Just hit 180K miles in my 2012 Automatic LS 1.8

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I purchased my Sonic in June of 2012 and have been driving it heavily everyday since. Transmission is still as good as new for the most part, and just recently clocked 180K miles. Actually replacing my original Rear Right bearing and ECT sensor today. Last year was a water pump at about 165K miles. Intake manifold was replaced just over 100K. My last vehicle was a 2006 2 door Chevy Cobalt that self destructed at about 140K miles.

Just curious. . what happened to the intake manifold on the 1.8L engine?

The plastic link lever usually is the thing that wears and falls off one end.
