Ordering has been an adventure. The 1st order was July 11th, we went thru the options below. I got home and looked over order sheet, it had 1.8L engine ordered! They tried to fix it for a couple days but could not fix the original order, so they had to change to a new order on July 16th. On the new order I noticed the Connectivity plus Cruise was missing So today I went over there in person and the sales manager fixed it and we double checked it...

So I guess my official final order is today July 19th...not sure if that will affect the delivery time though. The sales manager said mine was one of the their first batch of six cars coming in...

well, i went to see my dealer this morning to see if they had a build date. I ended up both excited and let down...
The system IS giving prices now, but still isn't showing him an official build date for the car I ordered thats in the system. But from what he could gleam from the info available, he is guessing my car won't get built till somewhere between sept 13-20. Then approx. 10 days or so to get it shipped here. So it will be the end of sept before I see the car I ordered.
On the other hand, the 2 random cars they were originally told they were going to get has been bumped up to 4 cars now, and they anticipate getting them in before my car even gets built. He said i'd be the first one called as soon as they show up so i can come over and see if i want to swap out what i've ordered for any of the ones that show up.
My personal feelings are that, as long as its an LT sedan with the turbo and the connectivity package and NOT that orange color I will buy it. If its anything else, i'll just wait for mine.

dude, its your car, go bitch!! if they won't change it find a different dealer and get your money back.
Just got my first pseudo meaningful update from GMConnects.
The vehicle in question is a white 1LT 5 door with 1.4T, 6 speed manual, and the connectivity + cruise package.
