This has to be the easiest car I have ever done an oil change on in the history of mankind. I’m not sure why anyone would go to the dealer.

LOL everyone on here is talking about jacking up the car. Ummm I never Jacked it up. Just get your self a good quality oil pan that can hold the oil and be quick with the wrench and sliding the pan. That’s how freaking easy it is.
I’ll probably go 7,500 or 10k or follow the oil life monitor. If your using Penzoil Platnium and your changing the oil at 4-5k your wasting tons of money. Blackstone Labs will tell you it’s still good. I have done it on the Mini Cooper S and BMW. Sent out the used oil and I know those cars will be harsher on the oil than this little 1.4 Turbo.
If it takes more than 10-15 mins with out a jack to do an oil change and change the filter. Your mentally challenged lol jk.
Just use a good quality oil and filter. Mobil 1 or Penzoil Platnium and you should be able to go 7,500+ today’s oils easily do it.
