One year warranty check up

Hi everyone,

It will be my first anniversary of ownership on Oct. 1, and I'm loving my baby so far. Question for you. I'm taking her in for the one year service (whatever's in the manual / liquids / alignment and oil change). I feel like I also want them to check the stuff that's under the one-year warranty (while it's still in effect). Has anyone here done that, and did they charge you for it? Anything in particular I should be asking for?

Not sure what you mean by one year warranty but regardless..

I would just make a list of everything you want checked. I brought my 2012
used with low miles. Took in it and gave them a page (over 2 pages on a dealer form/receipt) of things to check. If any little thing is bothering you have them check it.

Even it they charge, which they shouldn't, it will bring some peace of mind...
and its your car..have them fix/check everything you don't like.

For example, both my windshield washer nozzles had a hairline crack in the center of them...not very visible but a crack nonetheless. I noted it on my last visit, they ordered and replaced them. They said that someone must have used the wrong antifreeze and they cracked. I highly doubt this as the car is originally from Florida...car-wash maybe? I'll keep an eye on the new ones.. have not read about a problem with the nozzles here.

Yeah..I would have them check anything that concerns you..it's not like we
make problems up..
