So a few months ago I did the timing on my 13 LT 1.4L, I had a hell of a time getting the timing chain tensioner plug out but had finally done so. I put it back in and tightened it as firmly as I could. Well just the other day I had seen some oil on my oil pan on the left side (facing car) so I did the oil cooler gaskets because they had to be done anyhow. Turns out that I’m almost sure it’s this plug/bolt but I cannot find a part number anywhere. I looked on CSmans and it’s is in fact identified as the “tensioner plug” but no part # to be had to replace it. Initially I’m thinking I’m just going to put some sealant on it and put it back in but I’d over all like to replace it. Anyone else have this issue or know of any hidden gems to point out a part number?
