Passenger side engine mount bolt broken

When installing an aftermarket intake on my 2017 RS I had to remove two bolts on the passenger side engine mount. Top one (green checked 1) came off fine, bottom one (highlighted 2) gave me trouble, so I put some PB blaster and use a breaker bar and I accidentally broke the screw it was on (circled red). In hindsight, I probably should have banged the bolt to break the rust or something, but you live, and you learn.

Anyway, I'm stuck with a broken frame engine mount bolt. I'm not sure if it is fully removable or not. There seems to be a small access hole on the lower right side between the frame and the engine and I can touch the bottom of the bolt.

Does anyone know if this frame bolt is removable or if it's welded to the frame itself?

Side note: car was driving fine afterwards with no noticeable engine raddle, jump, etc. There are two other bolts holding the engine mount in place.

That bolt wouldn't be welded. Probably a combination of rust and Loctite that caused it to break. There are extractors that you could try, that involve drilling into the bolt and inserting the extractor to try and reverse the broken part of the bolt out. Or you could drill using a slightly small bit than the bolt and then retap the threads once the bolt is mostly gone.

I think that's the end of the engine mount towards the front of the vehicle right? I stumbled across a picture of the engine mount, and it appears it uses a stud on that side of the mount, while the other side uses a bolt down through the mount into the chassis/frame. That stud might be welded in the chassis/frame. I'm not sure how to go about fixing that.

Update: shop had to drill down the welded frame stud through completely, apparently, they broke some drill bits. The new bolt was tightened with a nut using the underside access hole previously mentioned. To remove this new bolt and nut for future needs you need to put a small wrench in the access hole and hold nut while unscrewing the bolt from up top. Shop charged me for 2 hours of labor and the new hardware required.

Note: not all shops will want to attempt to do this repair as it is risky and unpredictable. I got lucky with mine. Shoutout to Auto Tender in Orlando, FL.
