Hey guys. My name is Mike and I technically own a 2012 Chevy Sonic LT 1.8L (though my sister is the one who typically drives it - my daily is a 2017 Chevy Colorado).
I'm posting a post here as an intro to get my posts up high enough to post in the rest of the forum.
Post #2 - So far I'm not particularly happy with the car. Bought it 2.5 years ago at 40k miles. Currently at 80k miles. I've had to replace a thermostat, coolant reservoir, valve cover gasket, intake hose, and now oil cooler seals.
Post #3 - This is my 3rd GM vehicle. Back when I was in high school I drove a 1993 Camaro. Loved that car but it was "killed" in a tragic accident when someone ran a red light in front of me.
Post #4 - I've also owned 2 Fords (a 1990 Ford Ranger and a 1998 Mustang). The Mustang was OK but had electrical issues I could never track down and kept burning out cooling fans. The Ranger was woefully underpowered and you had to really struggle to make 70 MPH in that thing .
Post # 6 - My next vehicle I'm wanting a convertible. I still have 2 years left to pay on the Colorado but after its paid for I'm looking at getting one. Not sure exactly which one yet since I'm not ready to buy but the Miata is a possibility.
Post #7 - Once upon a time when I was 7 or so I asked my mom if I made ninja weapons if she would sew me a ninja suit. Neither of us completed our task.
My favorite seafood is scallops. I like all types of seafood but scallops are best. And though I like both, truthfully I feel lobster is overrated and would eat even shrimp before lobster.
