Question about installing front license plate bracket

I took delivery of the new RS. It was brought to me from Indiana.
Therefore it does not have the front bracket installed, the dealer in my state said they would install one for me.
I looked in the trunk and I see it in there, it looks like a kit with the bracket, 4 black screws and 2 larger screws for attachment of the plate to the bracket.
The little cartoon drawing makes it look like the black screws are to be used to drill into the lower grille on the RS, does that sound right?
Or should it be pre-drilled first?
Anyone with a picture of the bracket attached to a RS grille would be appreciated.

The four black screws hold the bracket on. Use them to drill in, no pre drilling or else it may come loose. They black screw are Made to bite into it, just don't over tighten
