Question for LT/LTZ Owners

In every online car mag that's done a report/review on the Sonic, all, including Consumer Reports, Motor Trend, etc. show the Sonic LT and LTZ models having an Outside Air Temperature Indicator readout.

For those who don't know, that would be a gauge or indicator somewhere that shows current air temperature outside of the car. (Sorry for the explanation, auto enthusiasts and similarly experienced... you'd be surprised the people who still have never had one in their car)

I searched the Sonic Owner's Manual and I cannot find any trace of an outside air temp indicator... any model.

Most OAT indicators (and built-in compass indicators, if included) are located somewhere either around or actually within a small area embedded in the rear-view mirror. The Sonic manual gives so little info on the rear-view mirror one wouldn't know it simply by reading the mirror section if an indicator were there.

My guess is there is no OAT indicator. Maybe Chevy gave online car mags reviewers bad convenience feature info?

Is there an OAT indicator, or no?

Ambient Air Temperature Possibly on Infotainment Center?

I found this colorful PDF on the Sonic. It's a Quick Reference Guide and if you scroll down to page 8, under "Audio System", the display (on the upper-right side), shows the clock. Underneath it there's a temperature display (this shows 74F).
Now it doesn't say what it's to. But since the climate control isn't automatic, I'm guessing this is the outside air temperature.

[Edited Later] OK, Found it! Check out the link below and scroll down to page 13 under "Comfort & Convenience". It's the ninth bullet down (right hand side) which say's "Outside Temperature Sensor"

I looked again, and I couldn't find anything in the manual mentioning it. Unless I'm overlooking it, I'm fairly baffled as to why GM would leave mentioning that out of the manual. That's a fairly nice feature for a supposed "cheaper, sub-compact."

Correct - all trim levels - standard equipment in the radio display.
