Hello All,
Sorry if this thread is in the wrong spot, but I didn't see any other posts about this topic.
I have a 2013 1.4 hatch with 122,000 miles on it. Last year, it overheated while sitting in traffic. No problem. I pulled over, opened the windows, and cranked the heat. I popped the hood and noticed that the radiator fan wasn't on. Coolant level was good and still is.
When I got back in the car, the chime turned off as well as the high temp. light.
I drove the rest of the way home with no issues.
What could cause my fan not to turn on? I checked fuses and they seem to be ok. Will switch the relay once I figure out which one to switch (there are a bunch of "cooling fan" relays displayed on fuse box under the hood)!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
