New owner of a 2014 Sonic and I have been playing with Virtual Adviser and Navigation.
Not really sure how to explain what is happening but in a nutshell the radio turns on while Virtual Adviser is talking about the directions it is downloading. I can't mute the radio nor turn down the volume until Virtual Adviser is done downloading. The radio volume is 15 and I can't hear what Virtual Adviser is saying.
Any way to address this? Lower default radio volume? Silence radio while Onstar is talking?
