Rear window wiper operating upside down

I made the mistake of hitting the rear wiper button when the wiper was frozen. It cycled but didn't move...or so i thought.

Now it wipes below the window.. any ideas how to reset it?

Pop it off and put it back on with the correct clocking?

Did this, I think it was just a 1/2" but I took off. The mounting hole in the arm is split and pretty stripped. But it works.

New arms are real inexpensive. Even sold as a set with the blade for $25 or so. Buy a new one to avoid it becoming a road hazard or damaging your ride.
