remove complete center console

does any1 know howto remove upper part and the part with the controls?

This is the guide I used. And take you time. The "ears" come off first to expose a prying hole, then take off the face. From there you can remove the top and bottom

That's shocking, I work at a dealership and we would never do that. We always use plastic interior tools so we make sure to not scratch or brake anything. I would go back and tell them to replace it now. At my dealership that wouldn't fly.
