Removing dash

Im looking at pulling my dash but only need the colored parts out, orange in my case. I know the orange parts on the door cant be removed, but can the orange parts on the dash come off or does the entire dash have to come out? Also if anyone know how to remove the rear deck id appreciate some tips.
