Removing Fog Light Reflectors?

So I was thinking of removing the reflectors in my fog lights (RS btw). I only wonder this because the fog lights in my mom's Yukon do not have reflectors and they output more light. Any thoughts???

You have to unseal the headlights to get them out but they have nothing to do with light output, they are separate. I'm going to dip mine in the summer
