sedan exhaust tip cutout in bumper

Can anyone help me with this? Going with after market exhaust and really don't want my exhaust completely under the bumper due to my car being lowered.

Think it's possibly to cut out a portion to fit in a tip or will it look bad?

Depends on how skilled you are I guess. Why not just have a turn down?

I wasn't sure if it was aftermarket or build. Or even diy
