In my sedan, on the right side recess to the rear of the wheel well, there are 2 slots cut into the trunk liner that look as if tie-down straps would fit.
Is there or was there a once designed option that was not implemented as a strapped in locatoin for something like a first aid kit or a road side emergency kit or something like that?
