Hey guys so I've been lurking around for awhile, I like reading posts but don't have much to say, but it's time to start chatting. Anyways my birthday was about two weeks ago and my wife gave me some money for car parts :banana:, and I have no idea which direction to go. I have the Trifecta tune, but that's about it... I'd love an exhaust but the motor/tranny mounts seem like more worthwhile upgrade, and at the same time I've seen DDM's video of the charge tube expanding which makes me wonder if I should go that direction. No matter what, I'm ordering the shifter bushings, and I'm going to DIY my own CAI (by the way does anyone know where to get a MAF sensor coupler for the sonic, I've heard that Spectre's isn't correct) Just looking for everyone's two cents, oh and who doesn't enjoy the sound of a BOV, just too many choices.

Just chop the tube that holds the MAF off the SAB and then clamp it in between a 90 degree and a 45 degree 3 inch tubing. then a 3 to 2.5 in coupler to attach the 90 down to the steel intake tube and a cone filter! done! thats how I did mine, sounds awesome. cost me 80 bucks in parts but I got them at pepboys so Im sure you can get better prices elsewhere...and better quality xD

As for upgrades...I dunno...all mine have involved little to no money XD but if you have trifecta you can do whatever pretty much.

Just decide if you wanna make more power? or go with cool bits like a BOV and Wheels and such...Lowering springs...stuff like that!

Try and focus on a direction and the rest should fall in line

I am currently running the spectre setup in my 1.4t...I cut the maf housing off the stock air box and after 6500 miles no codes...it gives the good whoosh sound and you can really hear the turbo spool up and its a great price..you need a 90deg bend and a 45dwg bend and two couplers... 60$ most
