My sonic vehicle won’t start when I try to turn the key. It makes a noise but doesn’t turn over. I have new everything on it. Could it jump time.

It’s a new battery.. my brother said it could have jumped time.

Could be a number of factors... I normally follow Diagnose Dan with any no crank vehicle issues....
