Steering wheel cover

Guys. I've been looking for a steering wheel cover because the wheel in my LT hatch gets so incredibly cold in this weather, it actually hurts to touch it (and I imagine it will get very hot in the summer, too). So, I've been looking for a cover, found some great options in leather, but didn't want to spend too much money. Came across this one, installed it today, and I love it:

The gray / black color scheme looks sporty and fits great in the Sonic, and the cover fits perfectly over the wheel. It's snug and doesn't budge. It's also soft and padded, and makes the wheel thicker (which I like, even though I have small hands). The bulgy sides are actually great to rest your hands on. It took me all of 2 minutes to get it on, and the price can't be beat. I can even feel a positive difference in how the car drives - probably because I'm handling it a bit differently. Anyway - thought I'd share it with you. An awesome way to protect your wheel and make it a lot more comfortable.

Why not put a leather wheel in it?

Well, the cost, first of all. I'd also need to pay someone to install it for me. Just not worth it for me personally, if this issue can be fixed with $17.

You can get a leather wheel from a cruze for about $60 and easily install it yourself in about 20 minutes with $20 in tools, but if you're happy with your cover then that's great.

Thanks River Rat. I'm of the female persuasion and don't have much experience with tools (I mean, I've used a screwdriver, hammer and nails, and a drill, but it may not be enough savvy for this particular task). So, I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it myself in case I screw something up. Though, if I had the proper tools and step by step instructions, I don't see why not. I may attempt it one day.

Does this cover really fit ??? The Amazon description says its 16 inches.. I measure my LT steering wheel to be at tad over 14 inches.
